Shipping policy
If shipping to a remote region or a region that is greater than 500km from the warehouse, MFA reserves the right to increase or add a freight levy to cover freight costs.
As the customer, you will be notified before shipping takes place. You will then have a couple of options:
- You may request a full refund for your purchase price including any freight you may have already paid.
- You can accept the additional freight levy, once paid we will then ship your products within a timely manner.
If the cubic volume or weight exceeds the guidelines set by freight companies for home delivery, a pallet rate levy may be introduced to your purchase. See option 1 & 2 above.
Most smaller parcels can be shipped for free once the spend limit of $200 has been reached. We do not make money on freight, like wise we need to protect ourselves as Australia is a big country! We trust you will appreciate the transparency of our shipping policy.
